I couldn’t recommend Chi Walking more highly, especially for people who are looking for an effective, long-lasting approach to chronic injury management.

The workshop integrates the best of Eastern and Western approaches to health and rehabilitation. Furthermore, the personalised assessments and targeted recommendations can be easily integrated into training and daily life.

Since doing the Chi Walking workshop, I’ve noticed significant improvement and I cannot wait to follow with the Chi Running workshop.
